Consistently the best, most dependable service. Outstanding communication. Most professional and courteous drivers. Will always use.

I booked car service for my daughter to be taken to the airport. Cannot tell you, especially given challenges in this day and age, how comforting it was to have a professional and upstanding company and driver. Would highly recommend and will definitely use their service anytime we are in Cleveland. Greatly appreciate their top notch communication. Many thanks from a father.

Used Captains Car Service to and from the airport. I was beyond impressed with the level of communication and service provided. My family and I had Jay as our driver and he was exceptional. He was friendly, on time and made great recommendation for things to do while we were in town. I highly recommend Captains Car Service. The next time I'm in Cleveland I will using them again.

Once again the Captain came through for us. After our long flight in which we originally gave them the wrong pick up time, they adjusted the time to the corrected time and Tally picked us up and delivered us to our homes. Thank you. We will definitely recommend your service to others.

Kirk is fantastic. Whether is be a last minute trip or months in advanced he takes care of me. Not only does he handle all of my Cleveland transportation needs, he has partners he works with everywhere. Captain's handles all of my transportation needs in Cleveland and beyond.

Had a great experience with Captain Kirk’s Limo service. We had our driver T who was here ahead of time and helped get everyone settled in for the ride. We had 4 youngsters dressed in costumes for a great event downtown Cleveland then we headed over to corner Alley to bowl and eat and last stop to the lake then home. Adults and kids all had an amazing day. Thank you T and Captain Kirk
